Terms of Service

1. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is mispriced or unavailable.

2. What you own

You own the physical Neurastick device outright. There is no subscription, licence renewal or remote deactivation. The software and AI models on the drive are licensed to you for personal or internal business use on computers you own or control, for as long as you like.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute or publish the included models or launcher as a standalone product.
• Reverse engineer the launcher to remove attribution or licence notices.
• Use the software to generate unlawful material, or to violate another person's rights.

Several included models are distributed under their own open-source licences; those licences are included on the drive and continue to apply.

4. AI output

AI models can be wrong, biased or outdated. Output is provided as-is and is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and for how you use it.

5. Hardware requirements

Performance depends on your computer. Each product page lists the memory and processor a model needs to run comfortably. We are happy to advise before purchase, and our 30-day return policy covers you if your machine turns out to be underpowered.

6. Warranty

Every drive carries a 2-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or loss. See our Returns page for the process.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order governs that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
