Returns, warranty & trade-up

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any Neurastick for a full refund of the purchase price. You don't need to explain why. The drive must be undamaged and include the original housing.

1. Email hello@neurastick.com with your order number (it looks like NS-123456).
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
3. Drop the package with the carrier; refunds are issued within 3 business days of arrival.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Original shipping is refunded too, and return shipping is on us.

2-year hardware warranty

Every drive is covered for two years against manufacturing defects, including connector failure, housing failure and flash-memory faults. We replace the drive and reload your models at no cost.

Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, loss or theft. If your drive is lost, we can re-issue the same model at 50% of the original price once per order.

Trade-up credit

Within 12 months of purchase, we credit the full price you paid toward any higher Neurastick tier. Email us, return the old drive with the label we send, and pay only the difference. This is how most customers move from Creator to Pro or Sovereign as their work grows.

Damaged or wrong item

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong model, email us a photo within 7 days. We ship a replacement immediately, before the original comes back.

Exchanges

To swap for a different tier at the same or lower price, we refund the original order and place a new one so your warranty starts fresh.
