Shipping

Rates and speed

• Free express shipping on orders over $150 — typically 2–4 business days.
• $9 flat-rate shipping on orders under $150 — typically 3–6 business days.
• Overnight is available at checkout for $29 on orders placed before 1pm CT.

Handling time

Because each drive is loaded and verified individually, orders leave our workshop within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship nationwide across all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO addresses. Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses may add 2–5 business days. We do not currently ship internationally — join our mailing list to hear when we do.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. You can also check progress any time on our order tracking page using your order number.

Packaging

Drives ship in a plain, unbranded padded mailer with a rigid insert. Nothing on the outside indicates what's inside or that it contains AI software.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated for five business days, email hello@neurastick.com. We open a carrier claim and send a replacement drive without waiting for the outcome.

Address changes

Email us within a few hours of ordering and we can usually update the address before the label prints. Once a package has shipped, the carrier controls redelivery.
