Privacy Policy

The short version

Nothing you do with your Neurastick reaches us. The AI models run on your own computer using the files on the drive, and the launcher makes no outbound network requests. We have no ability to see your prompts, documents, chat history or generated files.

What we collect

We collect only what an online store needs to take an order and deliver a physical product:

• Your name, shipping address, email address and phone number, if you provide one.
• Order contents, amount and status.
• An email address if you join our mailing list.
• Basic, aggregate web analytics such as page views and referring site.

What we never collect

• Prompts, conversations, documents, audio or images processed on your Neurastick.
• Usage telemetry from the drive or the launcher.
• Full payment card numbers — those go directly to our payment processor.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship your order, provide support, process returns and warranty claims, and send you email you asked for. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers that follow you off our site.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with our payment processor (to charge your card), our shipping carrier (to deliver your package) and our email provider (to send receipts and newsletters). Each is contractually limited to those purposes.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Mailing-list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are deleted after two years.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@neurastick.com. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can browse and buy without creating an account, because we don't have accounts.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and local browser storage to remember your cart and any discount code. There are no third-party advertising cookies.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify mailing-list subscribers by email.
